THE GENERAL’S BAKED BOURBON SEABASS

Considered one of The General’s ‘must have’ entrees, Chef Huynh’s Baked Bourbon Miso Sea Bass is a light, flavorful dish that can be replicated by the at-home chef all year long!  Whether impressing dinner guests or cozying up with a home cooked meal, the bass’ caramelized finish and hints of honeyed bourbon combine with lightly seasoned, julienne veggies to create the perfect plate for nearly any palate!

Recipe: BAKED BOURBON SEA BASS

Recipe Serves 4

Ingredients
2 lbs of Sea Bass
4 ounce of miso
4 ounce of honey
1 ounce of bourbon
1 Tablespoon chili paste
1 pound green beans, cleaned and cut in half
1 red pepper, jullienne
1 onion, sliced julienne
salt and pepper to taste.
1 Tablespoon of grapeseed oil

Directions
Combine the miso, honey, bourbon and chili paste into a bowl and mix.  Add the Sea Bass, coating it with the marinade.  Let the Sea Bass marinate for 2 hours before baking in oven at 375 degrees, until fish is opaque, flaky and caramelized.
