Makes 1 cocktail

Ingredients Directions

  • 2 oz Corzo Tequila
  • 1/2 oz Passion fruit puree
  • 3/4 oz Lime juice
  • 1.5 oz Avocado-Agave-Cointreau puree

Directions

Mix all ingredients and shake. Serve up in a coupe glass with half salt and pepper rim. Garnish with fresh Fresno chili if desired.

Makes 1 cocktail

Ingredients

2 oz Milagro select barrel

.75 oz Cointreau

1 oz lime juice

1 oz mango

Cilantro – Muddled

About .25 oz agave

Chili-sugar rim.

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients except the chili-sugar over ice in a shaker
2. Shake and strain over ice into a rocks glass with a chili-sugar rim

Makes 1 cocktail

Ingredients
2 oz Bacardi 8 Year
1 oz Lemon Juice
1 oz Tamarind Syrup
1 oz Canela Syrup
.5 oz Cointreau
4-5 dashes Spiced Cranberry Bitters
Chili-Sugar
Orange Twist

Directions
1. Combine all ingredients except the chili-sugar and orange twist over ice in a shaker
2. Shake and strain over ice into a rocks glass with a chili-sugar rim
3. Garnish with an orange twist
