Recipe: The Pomona

Makes 1 cocktail

Ingredients
2 oz Herradura Silver Tequila
3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1 oz Peach Puree
1/2 oz Agave Syrup
1 Fresh Pineapple Wedge
2 droppers full of Chipotle Tincture
Ginger Mist

Directions

1. Muddle pineapple in mixing glass and add lime, peach, agave, chipotle tincture and tequila.
2. Shake well with ice and double strain into a chilled coupe glass
3. Garnish with two sprays of fresh ginger juice mist for a spicy kick
